The two iconic Swedish brands have just announced a partnership allowing top artists to connect with their fans through a series of unique talent collaborations. Read on for everything we know about this buzzy team-up so far
Fashion and music have always shared a symbiotic relationship, continually influencing and inspiring each other. The latest companies to tap into this dynamic interplay are Acne Studios and Spotify, who have just announced an epic collaboration aimed at embracing and spotlighting the hottest up-and-coming and established musical talent across the globe.
In line with the cult-favourite Swedish fashion house’s multidisciplinary ethos and bolstered by the audio streaming giant’s seasoned expertise, the partnership builds upon Acne Studios’ ‘Acne People’ talent program. This initiative highlights artists who embody the brand’s creative values and has already shone a light on various talents, comprising visionary collaborations with names like Rosalía, Caroline Polachek, Bladee, Kaytranada, Yaeji, and, most recently, ILLIT, the rising K-Pop band that starred in the label’s spring/summer ’24 campaign.

Together with Spotify, which has done pioneering work in celebrating and connecting artists and creators with a worldwide audience, Acne Studios will curate a buzzy lineup boasting both internationally acclaimed and emerging artists. Through the partnership, these talents will have a unique opportunity to engage with their fans via a series of collaborations set to drop at pivotal moments throughout the global calendar. Come autumn, we will get our first glimpse of the team-up, as the debut artist collaboration will be unveiled in September during the autumn/winter ’24 season as part of Acne Studios’ main campaign.
For the occasion, Acne Studios and Spotify will also release exclusive playlists featuring Polachek, Bladee, and Yaeji, allowing us to tune into what’s coming. We’re all ears...
