Known for making heels comfortable, Swedish Stinaa.J now launches its first orthopaedic running shoe
One Running is Stinaa.J's first venture into the world of sports, offering an orthopaedic running shoe designed to cope with the enormous pressure that running and power walking exposed our joints to. ‘’One in three sports injuries are caused by faulty equipment. That is why we designed an orthopaedic running shoe," creative director and founder Stina Andersson points out. ‘’I wanted to design a running shoe with a minimalistic appearance that works as an everyday option for women on the go.’’ Based on the brand's patented five-bar system (where an insert is the key to prevent and treat existing stress injuries in the feet, knees, hips and back) the One Running "ensures that the natural movement of all three-foot arches reverts to it's natural function," according to Andersson.
