When the first model walked down the Day Birger et Mikkelsen runway, people literally cheered. Perhaps it was the anticipated return to live fashion shows, or maybe supermodel Mona Tougaard was just catcalling her friend. Either way, the energy was palpable.

Looks were tethered by rope-tied gladiator sandals. By the time the show closed with a floor skimming white jersey Grecian gown, we were truly back in the swing of things.
