Daisy Edgar-Jones’ Twisters press looks have been the perfect storm. While attending Charlize Theron's Africa Outreach Project (CTAOP) Block Party with her tornado-chasing costars, the actor stunned in Acne Studios

What’s more thrilling than chasing a tornado? Chasing Daisy Edgar-Jones around the globe as she promotes summer blockbuster Twisters (alongside an always smiling Glen Powell). Most recently the cast blew through Charlize Theron's Africa Outreach Project (CTAOP) Block Party, an annual fundraiser on the Universal backlot that raises funds to improve health and safety for the young people in Theron’s native South Africa. For the cowboy-themed event, Edgar-Jones opted not for an on-the-nose cowboy hat (no shade to some other attendees), but rather a two-piece brown set courtesy of Acne Studios.

The look is just the latest in a slew of subtly excellent press looks Edgar-Jones has worn as of late. Rather than dress to theme (unless one thinks the brown is a reference to the dust and dirt whipped up by a storm) or depend on a single designer (though she is a proud Gucci ambassador), the actor has opted for flattering, covetable looks that just plain work. This distressed Acne Studios concrete-sweeping skirt and ab-baring long-sleeve top falls in the sweet spot of edgy without being over-the-top. A strong case for coordinated separates in lieu of a cocktail dress. Plus, it matches her hair.
