In between shows and lavish dinner events, Swedish tastemaker Desiré Inglander navigated Copenhagen Fashion Week armed with two L’Oréal Paris essentials: the new Plump Ambition Lip Oil and Paradise Big Deal Mascara. Below, she talks us through her busy schedule – complete with the lowdown on her shimmering gold looks, front-row touch-ups, and how she keeps cool amid the chaos

Pre-opening dinner with L'Oréal Paris

Desiré Inglander kicked off Copenhagen Fashion Week at Det Kongelige Teater in a dazzling gold-sequin gown. “I have wanted to wear this dress for a while, and tonight felt like the perfect occasion. The gold feels very L’Oréal Paris to me,” she said – a choice that garnered an enthusiastic thumbs-up from her fiancé, Mondo Duplantis, via video call en-route to the event. To prep for the big night, she used L’Oréal Paris Vitamin C serum for radiant skin and smoothed her hair with Elvital Hair Oil. “Being surrounded by so many wonderful people in a stunning space like that – what’s not to love?” she added.

Maxing out on mascara

Mascara is Inglander’s beauty MVP, especially the lash-boosting Paradise Big Deal by L’Oréal Paris. “If there’s one product (besides the instant impact of a lip oil) that I adore, it is the eye-framing effect of a good mascara. It is definitely that final touch for me,” she explained. The formula held its own through flash photography, late-night parties, and second-coat touch-ups – no clumps in sight.

Always on the go

This season, Inglander chose mindfulness over mayhem. “Fashion Week is always so stressful with so many new impressions. It takes a while to process it all,” she admitted. Instead of dashing from show to show, she took a bike ride (or two) to soak up fresh air. “I’ve been more selective with my appointments this season, more focused. It has helped me stay grounded in the present.” Rolling a pastel bike through Copenhagen’s cobblestone streets also gave her cheeks a healthy flush, eliminating the need for extra blush.

Front-row touch ups

One of Inglander’s favourite shows? The Garment. “There was this long, white dress in particular that I fell in love with,” she recalled. “To me, fashion is about finding the right balance, so wearing a statement coat cinched at the waist with something simple underneath, for example.” Between runway looks, she discreetly reapplied her Plump Ambition lip oil. “It has been with me at every event throughout the week. Every time I’ve changed bags it was the first thing I put in.”

Street style snapshots

Dressing for Copenhagen’s winter can be an art form in itself — one that Inglander seems to have mastered. “I always tend to wear something a bit tailored and dressy. Like a blazer with a belt,” she noted, revealing how she countered the chill with concealed layers of merino wool under her statement coats. Among fellow street stylers, it was almost a uniform: a sleek silhouette, warm underpinnings, and a flair for minimalistic Nordic design.

Freshening up in the car before events

In a packed schedule, Inglander rarely had time for full outfit overhauls. “I mattify the shinier parts of my face with some powder, and touch up my mascara,” she said. “I really love the Paradise Big Deal mascara for this as it doesn’t get clumpy. Even when I reapply it later on in the day it separates my lashes so well.” The finishing touch? A quick liner refresh plus that shimmery Plump Ambition lip oil. “It has such a beautiful finish,” she said. “I always carry a liner and a lip oil with me.”
