Ahead of the release of his documentary, Swedish legend Dolph Lundgren talks Hollywood, trauma and his new marriage

With his imposing physique and singular bone structure, Swedish action legend Dolph Lundgren is best known as an on-screen badass, pummeling Sylvester Stallone’s Rocky as Ivan Drago or seeking vigilante justice as The Punisher (or, to another set, from paparazzi photos with Grace Jones). But beneath the buff exterior is a sensitive, thoughtful guy, one who has overcome unimaginable trauma to become a self-actualised, distinctly modern man and loving husband.
