It would be easy for Eva Dahlgren to rest on her laurels. The 64-year-old Swedish singer has already reached bona fide icon status, having released a steady stream of beloved music since her breakout in the early 1980s (not to mention a second wave of a different sort of fame, due to her marriage to Efva Attling). But now she subverts expectations yet again, releasing her first English language music in decades. We meet with Dahlgren in her Södermalm studio to discuss love, music and doing things her way.
