Gigi Goode first stole our hearts as a contestant on RuPaul’s Drag Race back in 2020, but our love for the fashion-forward creative powerhouse has only grown since then. In recent years, Goode has leaned into her Scandinavian heritage, turning to Acne Studios for red carpets and fashion week appearances.

Just last February, she attended the brand’s autumn/winter ’24 show in Paris, decked out in a tailored moto jacket and briefs in unexpected green leather.
This time around, Goode headed to the Los Angeles LGBT Center’s Gala, an event that raises funds for the California nonprofit’s lifesaving work. Goode donned a red set from Acne Studios’ spring/summer '24 runway, the strategic elegantly draping creating a sexy-yet-sophisticated look.
She accessorised with white knee-high boots and the brand’s Platt mini shoulder bag, finishing off the look with Juanita Care jewellery and a ‘90s-inspired updo. The result was gorgeous, and proof that Goode, who has often referenced historical fashion moments in her looks, is clearly more than capable of creating her own.
