It’s couture time in Paris – the most glamorous week of the year and one that’s often full of surprises. This season, they came via Dolce & Gabbana, who staged an intimate –and last-minute – Alta Moda show at the lavishly restored Hôtel de la Marine, where models walked the salon rooms wearing black gowns adorned with rosaries.
