Nabbing a long-term design deal with Hugo Boss, the British football phenomenon will be spearheading the upcoming Boss Menswear collections
Former pro footballer David Beckham is venturing back into fashion with a multi-year design deal he has signed with Hugo Boss. The partnership will see Beckham take the creative reins for the company’s Boss brand, designing and curating both seasonal and capsule menswear collections. The collaboration is a first of its kind for Boss Menswear, with Beckham’s debut line-up arriving for spring/summer ’25.
“David Beckham is a true global icon in both sports and fashion. With his distinctive entrepreneurial spirit and authentic passion for fashion, he perfectly embodies the values of our Boss brand,” says Daniel Grieder, CEO of Hugo Boss. “We are very much looking forward to seeing the first collections come to life and working closely with David throughout this multi-year partnership.”

A well-documented sartorial savant, Beckham’s collaboration with Boss fuses his suave style with Boss’s impeccable craftsmanship and signature refined aesthetic. Focusing on both formal and casual wear, Beckham will be involved in every step of the process, from conception to design. Expect collections rich in cool everyday staples and sharp, Becks-coded tailoring for special occasions. While the first collection won’t hit stores until next year, a sneak peek of what’s to come will be revealed later this year, as Beckham will appear in Boss’ global autumn/winter ’24 campaign.
“Over the last few years, I’ve been wanting to invest more time in design and fashion, but wanted to ensure I collaborated with a brand and team that could deliver something truly global and impactful,” Beckham says. “I’ve really enjoyed the collaboration with Boss so far and have been impressed by the team’s ambition, creativity, and desire for excellence. I look forward to sharing what we’ve been working on so far.”
