50 Shades of Grey may have established Jamie Dornan as a Hollywood heartthrob, but it's Soft Goat's specific shade of 'greige' that is making us swoon all over again
Since stepping away from his steamy portrayal of Christian Grey, Jamie Dornan has had a fantastic run of roles; from Pa in Best Picture-nominated coming-of-age film Belfast (2021) to the 2023 retelling of Agatha Christie's A Haunting in Venice. But for us, his name will always be synonymous with 50 Shades of Grey. So much so that it was the first thing that popped to mind when we spotted the Northern Irish actor attending Diet Coke's 'This is my Taste' campaign launch wearing a 'greige' sweater.
During his Christian Grey era, Dornan was often decked out in sharp Hugo Boss suits. These days, however, the actor embraces a more relaxed wardrobe roster. Case in point: his look at the launch of his new role as Diet Coke's ambassador. Dornan chose a classic crewneck cashmere knit from Swedish brand Soft Goat, pairing it with moss-green slacks, white sneakers, and a silver watch for an effortlessly understated ensemble.

His decidedly understated outfits aside, the actor has established himself as quite the fashion neophyte. Not only did he first gained recognition as a Calvin Klein model (surprise, surprise with those preternatural good looks) before transitioning into acting. He was also recently named as the face of luxury fashion house Loewe.
Perhaps once you go 'Grey', you never go back – at least when it comes to wardrobe choices.
