The actor's elegance has endured at top-of-mind ever since her infamous role as Lily van der Woodsen in Gossip Girl where she secured herself as an “original Birkin mum.” Be it her campaign for the notable Nordic brand The Curated or her sightings wearing Munthe or Marimekko, Rutherford has firmly established herself as a Scandophile – and we're all eyes when it comes to her daily looks.

Now, amidst her rotation of red carpet and front row appearances, Rutherford has shared her top selection of shoe for autumn with her two and half million social media followers: Swedish ATP Atelier's 'Petina' leather Mary-Jane flats. First captured in one of her signature mirror selfies was the design in the colour of the season, burgundy.
Rutherford clearly signs up to the old style adage: 'if you love it, buy it in every colour', giving the simple leather flat a second endorsement, again on Instagram, as she posed next to her Gossip Girl co-star Ed Westwick in the Petina's white iteration.
