Icelandic singer Laufey – a longtime Chanel connoisseur – opted for a monochromatic moment while attending the French fashion house's show in Paris

Icelandic-Chinese singer Laufey joined the well-heeled masses today to attend the Chanel couture show in Paris. The star put her best fashion foot forward, hopping on the monochromatic trend to serve an all-white look courtesy of the French house.

Donning a white pleated knee-length skirt, the Icelander paired the piece with a matching caped matador jacket, both in iconic Chanel tweed, offset by gold buttons and a twisted black, gold and mint trim. The singer elevated her stature with platform heels that mimicked Chanel ballet flats with the unmistakably iconic black toe details, and golden camellias, the floral emblem of the French house adorned the ankle straps. Finishing off the look she added a gilded take on a Chanel classic: a miniature golden flap bag.

The Icelandic beauty kept her glam on the natural side. Wearing her hair in loose, brushed-out curls around her shoulders and adorning her face only with a rosy blush and signature eyeliner, she allowed the true beauty and simplicity of her ensemble to shine through.
