The French-American actor turned to the recent 2024 LVMH prize winner to get suited and booted for a press stop for her upcoming film Nosferatu
Lily-Rose Depp and Hodakova are dominating 2024. This much cannot be denied, and to solidify their standings, the two have joined together as Depp promotes her latest film, Nosferatu, which she stars in alongside Swedish actor Bill Skarsgård.
A chilling, unnerving and atypical tale, it makes perfect sense that The Idol actor would turn to a brand whose looks can evoke similar sensations: Sweden's Hodakova. Known for delivering designs that can mystify (read: Cate Blanchett’s spoon-covered look and more recent waistband dress), the unorthodox brand was the perfect choice to help Depp kickstart the film’s promotion in Los Angeles yesterday. Dressed head to toe in a look plucked straight from the brand’s spring/summer '25 collection the star looked poised, preppy and pretty much perfect in vampy suiting, with impeccable curls and soft grunge glam.
This recent appearance is not the first time Depp has flown the flag for Scandinavian brands, as earlier this year she wore the coveted (and inevitably sold out) Saks Potts Serena Polo shirt while in Tokyo with her girlfriend 070 Shake. This newest appearance confirms actors' plunge into deeper Scandi fashion waters, and we can only hope for more drop-dead gorgeous looks courtesy of the Nordics to come.
