For our 22nd issue of Vogue Scandinavia, we embrace the grey skies, biting winds, and relentless rain that defines our region throughout this time of year. But rather than retreating to spiced buns and warm fireplaces, we brave the elements. After all, as the saying goes, there's "no such thing as bad weather, only bad clothing".
Many believe this backdrop is a major influence on Scandinavia’s music phenomenon, keeping artists indoors, refining their craft in the studio instead of frolicking outside. So, this playlist fittingly features 'Grey Skies of Sweden' by 1970s icon Doris, Röyksopp’s classic 'Eple', and pulses with Robyn’s 'Indestructible' – a sonic reflection of this local attitude. Meanwhile, Laufey’s 'From the Start' celebrates the new generation of Scandis taking over the globe.
