Louis Vuitton's latest Resort collection pays homage to the flourishing culture of Spain

Last week in Barcelona's Park Güel, Nicolas Ghesquière delivered one of his strongest collections for the Maison yet. The collection, comprising 57 looks, was a beautiful symbiosis of bold shapes, elegant tailoring, and delicate draping – rendered in a spectrum of neutral tones with welcome splashes of potent colour.

A case in point was a deeply saturated royal blue dress (look #57), while elsewhere, Danish model Mona Tougaard sported a sculptural top in a richly-pigmented red hue.

The inclusion of traditional Spanish influences was another significant part of Ghesquière's artistic vision and his take on matador jackets, capes, ruffles, and bolero hats was a cohesive thread throughout the collection. His tribute to Spanish culture extended to all things equestrian, most notable in a fringed knee-high take on the classic knee-high boot.

This particular show is a spring highlight, and A-list guests flew in from all parts of the world, including Sophie Turner and Jaden Smith, to line the star-studded front row. See some of the Resort '25 attendees below.
