With the deserved acclaim for Chemena Kamali's debut collection at Paris Fashion Week, the Chloé girl was cemented as the It-girl of the season. We meet her on the streets after the show in off-duty mode
Since the days of Gaby Aghion and Karl Lagerfeld at Chloé, the house has been known for its unparalleled mastery of ‘le flou’: ethereal, ultra-feminine fluidity. The Chloé girl has lived many lives in the decades since, but this season's autumn/winter '24 runway collection at the hand of new creative designer Chemena Kamali (marking her third stint at Chloé, the first being as an intern), saw a return to these origins: with lightness and movement in its billowing skirts, bohemian ruffles and scallop-edged blouses.
Just like that, the 'It' crown is returned to the house of Chloé, and by default, its legion of runway castings. Gathering after the show on the Parisian streets, photographer Oriana Senia captures the models in off-duty mode.
