Cooking in Noma's test kitchen with Nadine Redzepi

By Vogue Scandinavia's Video Team

"The best way to get into cooking is, actually, to eat – and think about what you're eating" says Nadine Redzepi: cookbook author, self-taught chef, mother of three daughters, and co-owner of the world-renowned restaurant Noma in Copenhagen

Yes, she is the wife of internationally acclaimed Noma chef René Redzepi (they broke the restaurant's rule against dating other staff) but Nadine Redzepi has a notable love affair of her own with food – and a list of credentials to match, including authoring the cook book Downtime.

Here, we join Nadine on a Copenhagen summer's day in Noma's test kitchen, where all the culinary magic happens to talk about her special relationship with food and how cooking should be intuitive and playful, with "no right or wrong".
