We catch up with the The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star and self-professed "Rotate Queen" after her Copenhagen Fashion Week runway debut to find out more about her love affair with the Danish brand
Lisa Rinna loves a major leopard moment and boy did she get one strutting down Rotate Birger Christensen’s black vinyl runway. Wearing a black frock topped with a massive faux fur leopard coat, Rinna – as she is wan to do – totally owned it as the crowd whooped and hollered.
The former Real Housewife of Beverly Hills (she gave up her diamond last month after eight iconic seasons) is a longtime fan of the Danish brand, even if her Rotate ensembles on Housewives didn’t always pan out as planned. There were not one but two instances in which Rinna showed up to an event wearing Rotate only to find another Housewife (first Erika Jayne, then Kyle Richards) wearing the exact same look (her sharp-shouldered orange confessional dress, however, was hers alone).
When we caught up with Rinna backstage following the show, she graciously met the swarm of press and fans (her runway appearance was a well-kept secret). “I’m available for bookings, covers, whatever,” she said, playfully, when I confessed that I’m a forever fan.
Afterwards, she slipped into a snakeskin suit and headed to the afterparty, instantly grabbing the karaoke mic. No, she did not sing ‘Painkiller’, ‘XXPEN$IVE’ or any other Erika Jayne banger. Instead, Madonna’s ‘Material Girl’.
