Sacai teases upcoming collaboration with Levi’s at SS25 Paris Fashion Week 

Last Sunday, the Japanese label Sacai showcased its spring/summer ‘25 collection during Paris Fashion Week, with its moto- and vintage-inspired pieces serving as creative director Chitose Abe’s love letter to the legendary, free-spirited Hollywood actor James Dean. But there was another standout American moment on the runway, as the line-up offered a sneak peek at the upcoming collaboration between Sacai and Levi’s.

Naturally, denim in different shades takes centre stage in this covetable team-up, which gives Levi’s signature workwear staples an innovative Sacai spin. Denim jackets are reimagined with Sacai-coded structural tailoring while billowing, floor-skimming jeans, some adorned with oversized cuffs, lend a contemporary feel to one of Levi’s most iconic pieces. Elsewhere, youthful, artfully pleated skirts and sharply cut denim vests will undoubtedly fly off the shelves when the collection lands in stores next year.
