Could you share your daily beauty routine with us, from morning prep to evening wind-down?
"My morning routine starts with a vitamin C serum. I switch it up often, but I usually love the C E Ferulic from SkinCeuticals. Lately though, I've been loving and using the one from Dermalogica. It really brightens my complexion and gives me that natural glow under my makeup. Next, I tap on a magic essence from Rhode for all-day hydration. After that, I apply a day cream from La Mer. If I have something special planned, I like to massage my face with a gua sha for better circulation and to give my face a nice lift. I finish off with a sunscreen with SPF 50 from Beauty of Joseon.
While I enjoy experimenting with different beauty products in the day time, it feels great to return home and cleanse my face with my core products for a solid base. I start with an oil cleanser from Dermalogica, followed by a gel cleanser. Twice a week, I use a micro scrub to ensure everything is thoroughly cleaned, then I apply The Ordinary’s Glycolic Acid with just a few drops on a cotton pad, gently massaging it into my skin. To soothe my skin afterward, I use The Ordinary’s Soothing & Barrier Support Serum to cool the skin down. I then apply an eye cream from Shiseido, a lip oil from Charlotte Tilbury, and wrap it up with a face cream from Dermalogica to end my day."

How do you transition your look from daytime to evening? Are there specific products or techniques you find indispensable?
"To be honest, it’s very rare that I transition a look from daytime to evening. I prefer starting with a clean canvas, so I usually make time to remove my makeup and start fresh. Layering new cream products over something that’s been on for hours just makes my skin crawl. But if it’s an emergency and I have no choice, I’ll conceal the areas that need it.
I think the eyes are a part where you can’t go wrong, so I’ll enhance them with a bold eyeliner or some shimmery eyeshadow to create that evening vibe. A swipe of a darker lipstick or lip gloss will do the trick for me. Last but not least, I find a good setting spray indispensable for keeping everything in place and hydrated, especially if I’m going out for a while."
What products do you always have in your handbag – whether headed for a night out or for a red-eye flight?
"The products I always have in my bag include a brown lip liner—I’m definitely a lip liner girl through and through! If you ever see me out without it, just know I’m going through something.
I also carry my Gucci Beauty powder to mattify my face whenever it gets oily throughout the day. There’s also a blush from Chanel Beauty that I adore having with me. Truth be told, it functions more as a pocket mirror than a product I actually use.

When I was younger, my mother used to tell me that a woman should always carry a beautiful pocket mirror because when you’re outside reapplying your makeup or checking yourself, others will inevitably peek—so make sure the mirror is as elegant as you are. She even gifted me my first pocket mirror from Chanel, and to this day, I always keep it in my bag.
Finally, I carry about 15 lipsticks in a variety of shades because I’m indecisive, and you never know when an opportunity for a quick switch might come up. If I have an early flight, I also make sure to bring an eye mask from Shiseido—it’s a lifesaver during flights and works wonders!"
What is your holy grail beauty product that you would recommend to anyone, and why?
"I think a good signature scent is everything. It’s what ties memories to people, and for me, that signature scent is Étoile Filante by Louis Vuitton. I knew it was my scent when every time I wore it, people would ask questions and give compliments. I feel like a good indicator of whether something is really good is when it naturally sparks small talk and becomes a recurring topic. "
If you could give your younger self one piece of beauty advice, what would it be?
"I find this question hard to answer. I think to take care of yourself from within and consume things that are healthy for your mind and body, and to stick to a good skincare routine."
