Yohanna Mannelqvist is a former fashion executive that after a non-stop lifestyle and constant pursuit of achievement pushed her to burnout and the development of an eating disorder she decided to take a step back, leave her career in fashion tech and embark on a journey of self-discovery across the globe. Today, after years of yoga and meditation practice, she is a yoga teacher and a women's wellness coach that seeks to share her healing process, personal growth and newfound views of calm, and self-care while still achieving personal success to those who are willing to take the challenge and change their everyday.

For Vogue Scandinavia Movements' first episode, she shares a five minute 'Let Go' meditation, that while being short is powerful and can be easily done anytime in the day. It will help you relax the body, calm the mind and soften intense emotions. This meditation helps you let go of things, people and circumstances causing stress and tension in your life. You don’t need any experience of meditation before. Simply sit down, close your eyes and let yourself be guided.
