In 2011, Helsinki's beloved restaurant Olo won their first well deserved Michelin star. The motivation from the jury? "Local meats such as moose and elk feature in exciting, innovative dishes which are packed with flavour; these are often proudly delivered and explained by the passionate chefs", via Guide Michelin. Since then Olo has continued to establish themselves as one of the most prominent restaurants in Finland – one which we're very proud to partner up with for Valentine's Day 2025.
